We are part of a Global Affordable Housing Program, applying the complementary between technology, innovation and administrative criteria relating to affordability in developing and designing housing units to create human habitat and luxury.

Our desire is to deliver multiple modern estates across Nations. We have a team of experienced professionals from different commercial facets; Engineering, Construction & Turnkey Project Management, Business Strategy & Growth, Solutions Delivery & Consulting, Business Creation & development, etc.
WAP Ltd projects are self-funded and have access to wide a range of Technology, Machinery and Equipment to execute multiple housing projects simultaneously; from conceptual designs through to building completion, commissioning and final handover to home owners.
